What if in the course of living you encounter a dream that returns to you again and again?
Is it a message, or a harbringer of something greater, a purpose not yet realised?
I have been working — consciously, unconsciously — with dreams since my teens. This is what I have learned:
- Dreaming is as real as waking
In dreams, in our imaginations, we have the opportunity to access states normally blocked from us. Dreaming is the chance to encounter versions of ourself, to solve problems, resolve relationship tensions, and access the hidden charges that underpin our daily interactions. Dreaming can uncover repeated tools, events, and circumstances that hold the keys to unlocking our self-worth, everyday skills, and slip from potential to full power.
